The main process of the upgrading and renovation project of an urban sewage treatment plant in a county in Gansu Province adopts the biochemical treatment process of our company’s MicBR process package (an improved oxidation ditch process in the form of A2O). The raw sewage entering the oxidation ditch adopts a mode of adjustable inlet ratio at different points, that is, the raw sewage can enter the anaerobic zone, or both the anaerobic and anoxic zones can enter the anaerobic zone, and some sewage can enter the anoxic zone to supplement the carbon source required for denitrification, thus to some extent compensating for the problem of insufficient carbon nitrogen ratio in the raw sewage. In addition, the effluent intercepts activated sludge and returns it to the anaerobic zone, significantly increasing the amount of sludge compared to traditional processes. The aeration zone adopts a micro porous aeration system that can enhance aeration and achieve uniform aeration, allowing for non-stop replacement of aeration pipes. On December 22nd, the sewage treatment plant achieved successful operation with water supply.
